  I would not recommend this company to anyone. Do not sign any contract with this company: the owner just asks for money before the job is done by using the health family issues as excuses. The job was done poorly, not completely, and not in time. I signed contract detailing the scope of the job and payment with contractor, ******, and give the deposit money. Since then, the contractor did not response to my phone calls or texts. 3 months later, the two workers started the front porch repair. By the contract they supposed to install limestone threads on all stairs and landing; however, it is look like they just flipped over the old lime stones. I asked for the proof of the limestone purchase. The company owner, ******, just keep promising to me that he will e-mail it with the warranties. It is never happened. The contractor did not send the proof of purchase or warranties for the stairs repair. At the same time, the contractor sends his workers to work on the roof. The roof was done in 3 days. The roof was almost finished then the contractor came and asked to get the paycheck with promising to came next day to wrap up a few odds and ends. I remined to the contractor about the undone job in the basement. By the contract agreement, the company suppose to make all repairs in the basement where termite damage has occurred. The owner of the company nailed very small piece of wood over the entire side area damage by the termites.I request the reimbursement for the undone job, but the contractor does not answer the phone and the mailbox is full. A few days later the wind ruined a few shingles on the newly done roof. The same stories: not responding on my phone call or messages. Only a few weeks later somebody came in the absents of owner and fix it. I am very sorry for any misspelling as English is my second language.
