      I had my roof replaced on 6/9/23. They did a horrible job and caused extreme damage to my home. They refused to fix any of the issues or refund me any of my money. They stepped through my ceiling in 2 bedrooms which also broke the blinds on the window. Cracked my front steps with their ladder. Bent and scratched my brand new gutters. Left white calk footprints all over the new roof. Did not replace the flashing around my chimney even though it was stated in the contract. The flashing is completely visible and bent on my roof. The shingles are hanging way over my gutters. I had another roofing company come out and inspect my roof and they told me I should sue and demand a refund because it needs to be redone properly. I paid them $15,000 so far. My balance is $3,400 which I did not pay them but the cost to fix my roof and all of the damage caused to my house is double that. I reached out to the owner multiple times and sent photos of the damage and he was not interested in fixing anything. He knows the cost to fix all the the damage and do my roof properly is going to cost way more than the balance I owe him so he refuses to come back or refund me.

      The work has been completed in full and in good faith we expected to be paid in full.
      We offered to repair the issues that were brought to our attention. ****** ( customer)refused to allow us to rectify any issues, she did not want the workers going inside and refused to let them in.
      How are we expected to repair something if we are not allowed access and how is she expecting us to pay her $5,0000.00 when she owes us $4,000.00. That’s a total of $9,0000.00

      We took off $2,000.00 off the price for the plywood because she couldn’t afford the cost of the additional work.
      We worked with her and are a reputable company and just want to be paid for the work that has been completed.


      To appease her  we can have a company come and look at the damages and give a formal itemized estimate. 

      also a lot of the conversation was via telephone.

      warranty will be effective once job is paid in full.

      As per ******s rejection to our response. She clearly states how she refused to  allow us to repair any “said “ damages done by our company. 
      There is no way any of what she showed adds up to $9,000.00
      We are not issuing any refund.
      There are reviews being left by ****** and her husband and her friends that are defamation of character and will be handled in a civil lawsuit.
