    On 4/24/25 I contracted Kingdom Lawn care Services to do spring clean up , weekly lawn services and gutter cleaning. Later that day I realized I didn’t need weekly lawn services and emailed the company as well texted Marco the contact person at the company to change to every 2 weeks. I also requested an updated contract several times which I have not received to date.
    4/28/25 Kingdom Lawn staff came to my home and did spring clean up and cut lawn
    4/29/25 I sent pictures of the yard and lawn that were not done properly to Marco’s cell number and business email. He said his guys were in the area and would return that day (4/29/25). I checked when I got home and there were no changes to the areas I communicated about. I texted Marco that night ( 4/29/25) to let him know his guys did not return to my property that day. Also that evening when I got home (approximately 602pm)I encountered 2 guys-one on a ladder and the other holding the ladder at the front of my house. As I got out of my vehicle the men quickly scurried away to their vehicle with the ladder. One of them came back from their vehicle and showed me a small pail with leaves half full and told me in an aggressive tone that the leaves are from my gutter. I checked the downspouts at the front of the house and 1 was filled with leaves. I asked the man with the pail if he had cleaned the end of the downspouts and he said that wasn’t his job. I told him not to worry about and that I would ask his coworkers to do it when they return for lawn services. When I checked the cameras later that evening the 1 of the 2 guys was seen placing the ladder at 6:01pm which means they did not clean the gutters because I got there 602pm when they hastily took away the ladder and produced a 1/2 pail of leaves
    4/30/25 I emailed the company and voiced my suspicion about the guys for the gutter, reiterated the need for an updated contract and that his guys did not return to correct the initial work done.
