  Overall not a great product. Even with best maintenance, upkeep, has formed holes in multiple areas. Had Adura *** installed in October 2022. Just exercise due diligence when purchasing and installing. .

  We installed Mannington Restoration Collection flooring in our new home.It looks wonderful but has started to squeak and creak after 6 months. Not sure if it is the product or the installation that is the problem!

  Very confrontational and unprofessional.When I drove onto the property *********************** and ********************* began cursing and screaming at me. I was not driving irresponsibly or rapidly. In fact, I was driving slowly to ask for directions, as I noticed there were cones placed everywhere, and a parking lot filled with gravel and pillars which suggested to me I was unable to drive that way. Upon being cursed out by *****, who is ***** supervisor, I asked for his name and role, which he refused to provide me. After I successfully moved my vehicle where I was instructed, **** began approaching me aggressively and asking me who did I think I was asking for their names. I feared for my personal safety and the safety of my vehicle during what I believed to be a routine pick up. I have never encountered this behavior from any reputable business and this has caused me an immense amount of stress and anxiety. I demand action be taken to ensure other drivers who may have pickups at this location are safe and dont have to fear for their safety.

  Very frustrating.Our laminate floor was defective, and Mannington was kind enough to have another floor installed free of charge to us. Nice.Turns out the new floor is worse than the original one that they took out and replaced. Took a year to finally get a decision from a third party that they are going to replace over 60 boards on a laminate floor. This was a huge flooring job (expensive too), and we are totally left in need of a new floor.One would hope that a flooring manufacturer would stand behind their product - they had no problem selling our flooring store the product. Our house has been completely emptied out two times for the installs, with much work/time/effort in preparing for the install(s). We are very sad, and not sure what we are going to do now. Would not recommend their products.

  We installed Mannington Luxury Vinyl planking in new construction. It had scratches from construction even though it was covered with paper. Our dog has made numerous scratches even though her nails are trimmed and grinded.The manufacturer says to apply alcohol to scratches, this just takes the finish off.This product is horrible !!!

  Mannington is one of the worst companies in the world. Their business practices are deceptive, disappointing to say the least and Mannington doesnt care about the customer who keeps them in business. ********************** has the worst customer service and their policies are all but illegal! Mannington had me run around and take pictures, get information, call the retailer, get the invoice copy and send in sample planks to be inspected and for what?? So they can cover their own ***** first! All they wanted to do is take care of themselves at my expense and have the customer do all their leg work for them to only tell me at the end that its not there policy to give me the review or inspection documentation and finding to my floor! Told me I would have to go to my retailer! They should be dropped, bankrupted and put completely out of business. A place like this doesnt deserve to be open they can take your money sell you there flooring at top dollar but when it comes time for action, clarification and accountability they are no where to be found. I really hate this company and all three incompetent claims specialists in *****, ****, and the s***** manager who was a coward and wouldnt even get on the phone so he had some underpaid-disgruntled employee do his job for less money do it for them . I will never buy Mannington flooring again and I advise you not to either they are fake news and since we are talking fake news like our horrible 45th president who can say and get away with whatever he wants I hope Mannington ***** to the ground, I hope every employee like the ones I spoke to loses there jobs and shouldnt be allowed to receive unemployment! If there are any crazy people out there stop going to malls and schools go to places like this!!!!! These are the worst kinds of companies in America. My daughter fell on the steps because there s***** stair case tread caps cracked after having for 6 months and my daughter fell down the steps my lawyer will be in touch.

  We had this expensive Luxury vinyl plank professionally installed almost 6 years ago. It supposedly has a limited lifetime warranty for residential. It has started to buckle on the ends, gap, and lift along the long click edges. This floor was nice for first 5 yrs. After 4 month of back and forth trying to get something done about the problem, Mannington states it is not a flooring defect! When asked for a copy of the inspection report, I was told that it is not policy to release that information. So, they wont warranty the floor, nor will they tell me why it isnt a warranty problem, or what caused the floor to do this. This flooring was over $7 a square foot and lasted just over 5 years!! Garbage!! I have $2/sq ft cheaper flooring on 2 other levels and it is far superior to the Adura **** I will never use their product again and I will spread the word about their nonexistent warranty and customer service!! I had cheap $.99 laminate that lasted 20 years prior to this inferior product. Stay away from Mannington. If I could give zero stars, I would!! They are a fraud!

  I am a repeat client of Mannington Restoration and have spent thoundsands of dollars for them to deny a claim for defective flooring. We had The Historic Oak Charcoal line installed in our last home in 2016. We NEVER EVER had any issue with that flooring. I had a blog and actually had several people purchase this flooring due to my blog. We loved it so much when we moved we selected the same ************** for our home, same color and installed in June of 2020. The first week we had flooring bubbling from water that was on it 10 mins at most. We replaced those planks since they were easily accessible. Since then we have multiple areas around our home bubbling and warped. It's HORRENDOUS. They have put us through the ringer trying to avoid addressing this claim by asking if we have pets and how many which I knew immediately what they were trying to claim. We have had the same pet we had at the last house which is a "excited" ******* but these issues are NOT due to that and cleaned immediately. The issues were literally from water that has always been cleaned right away. They sent an inspector to test spots of the flooring and claim they found substance of urine yet marked my home is well maintained and clean. They claim this is a pet friendly and kid friendly flooring, which it was at our last home and this house it cant even withstand a sippy cup spill. I have 5 children and 1 dog, and I basically have to walk on egg shells on this flooring we paid a hefty chunk for. I will be leaving reviews on EVERY website and sharing with every single person to avoid this flooring because its apparent with other recent reviews they find any reason to avoid warranty repairs. I have a relative in the flooring industry who has been 30 plus years and he said this is 100% defective and their goal is to ALWAYS deny until we stop complaining. I could have purchased a lessor flooring with better results. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They have terrible customer service.

  MANNINGTON POOR QUALITY FLOOR TILES December 2019. Our professional installer purchased the tiles from ********************* and Flooring in *************, **. He installed them perfectly and we were very pleased. However, the Mannington product was advertised and the salespeople talked them up as scratch resistant has not lived up to that promise. In less than 1 year, we started noticing scratches in the tiles. We have had **** sliders on our chair legs for years to prevent scratches and ease of chair movement. My wife weighs 125 pounds and I weigh about 165 pounds. Normal chair movement should not cause these scratches. The installer checked the scratches. He and ******* both say the problem is in the product quality and they cannot help us. To make matters worse, when the installer checked with ******* and Mannington, they said the product tile locking system has changed and we would have to redo the whole project vice removing just the scratched tiles and replacing them. We filed a claim with Mannington which was denied. I appealed this decision and have not heard anything back from them. Our building contractor installed tiles (home was built in ****) lasted for over 40 years. At our 79 years age, we had thought this upgrade to new tiles would last us the rest of our time owning the property. We are retired on a fixed income and cannot afford to replace this whole tile project. We are extremely disappointed in the low quality of this product.

  DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! The problems I experienced with our floor are similar to the ones already posted on the BBB website and other flooring review sites. We purchased *****************************. Corners chipping, swelling of floor if water even comes close to it, curling of edges on planks, finish coming off on high traffic areas exposing the white underlay. Company where we purchased came out to document and see the floor in person in order to submit claim to Mannington. He felt the damage he surveyed made us eligible for the warranty which is 25 years. We've had our floor around 5 years. Our claim was denied because nothing experienced is warranted. The denial states "the concern could be attributed to, but not limited to, locally caused/site related damage" - exactly what does this word salad mean? To me it says Mannington is going to deny the claim regardless of what issue we have. Mannington didn't even offer a prorated refund. I have Pergo throughout the rest of my house now for going on 25 plus years and it's holding up fine. The product they produce is inferior and I would recommend you doing your due diligence before buying anything from Mannington. We brought it because it was what we were looking for at the time in addition to it being made in ***. However, it isn't *** quality. Do your homework before buying!
