    At first, all seemed good. A scheduled service call installed fan. Unfortunately, it was downhill from there. No contract, no warranty, work was not completed. We were told we would be responsible to seal sump hole and hire electrician to install outside outlet (all this was INCLUDED in subsequent radon remediation company for the same price we paid Radon Removal of **)!We found this out after 2 months of calling and texting to no avail. And to top it all off, they didnt activate the alarm by pulling the little white tab out of the unit! No follow up test, either, to see whether we actually had,successful remediation. STAY AWAY!

It is disheartening to receive a one-star review despite our best efforts to assist and support the customer on multiple occasions.In this particular case, the sheer volume of items in the basement posed significant challenges and necessitated us to prioritize and focus on the most essential tasks. Unfortunately, we were unable to provide a comprehensive service due to these limitations. Regrettably, it seems that some customers only voice their concerns when their specific desires are not met. It is perplexing that they fail to acknowledge and appreciate the support provided when we go above and beyond to assist them.I would like to emphasize that we made a conscious decision not to offer a warranty for the work undertaken in the customer's basement. This choice was influenced by the numerous items obstructing our ability to carry out our job efficiently and effectively. It was crucial for us to ensure that we could complete the necessary tasks without compromising the quality of our service.
