    KMB Home Improvement was hired to install replacement windows for the property located at ************************. KMB (*************************) was give a $4,000 deposit and never installed the windows. Kept making up lie and lie. It has been 7 months and now him and his wife have turned off their cell phones or got new numbers. He also told me he replaced my flat roof on the top floor of the building. It was leaking recently and come to find out the he lied about that too and never replaced the roof. He told me it was done.

    $3040.00 given to *** 6/1/2024 did about 2 hours of work. Asked him to refund ******* and just move on due to his inability to come and work. He said he would return the money and then he said no he would finish the job. He texted me a ton of excuses why he wasn't coming but always said he was coming on another day. This is money I work hard for I told him I was going to charge him with elder abuse as I am 73 years old he if didn't give me back the money or finish the job. He said he didn't need anymore trouble. I have not heard from him for a month. This money was for work I really needed completed. I have a copy of the check he cashed.
