    Very upset with the sunrise motel. I had made reservations for a night at the sunrise motel. They took out $250 before even checking in. I had a family emergency and unfortunately had to cancel and wanted to move to another weedend. They refused to give me my money back and now i am having to pay $250 for a motel that i never stayed at. I understand it was last minute but to take out the full amount for the night is not okay. I will never recommend this place to anyone. If i could do 0 stars i would.
