    I placed an order for a discontinued fragrance at a great price. I wasn't concerned as they offered "secure paypal checkout". I entered my entire address at checkout but while monitoring the tracking, the post office advised they couldn't deliver my package b/c perfumelive left it incomplete (no street name). It went back to sender and was accepted by a person at perfumelive. I have called several times & left messages on someone's vm (no one ever answers, sometimes vm is full). I emailed several times explaining the situation & provided tracking proof. No one has responded so I disputed the charge. Interestingly perfumelive DID contact my payment vendor to fight the dispute. They say I received it though I clearly have proof I didn't. I'm currently dealing with ********* payment vendor. **** advised me this is a common scam. Company charges you and mails "something" with an incomplete address knowing it will go back to ************* try to exploit a loophole in their tracking system that says "item delivered". They are successful in fighting the payment vendor about 50% of the time, making money shipping nothing.
