    Complaint Summary: I am filing a complaint against *** due to a shipping issue that has resulted in my packages being held without clear communication or resolution, despite being a victim of fraud. Incident Details: I purchased shipping labels online for three packages from a reputable vendor. I dropped off the packages at a *** store located at *** ********** St, *******, NJ ***** at 6:45 PM on Apr 23, 2024, as part of my relocation to Los Angeles (LA). However, the staff didn't notify me of any problems with the labels. Trusting *** to handle the shipment, I awaited delivery. To my dismay, after a few days, I didn't get my packages. After I reached out to them, I was informed that the labels were part of a scam and that the vendor responsible had vanished. Despite being a victim of fraud, *** is requesting the account ID, which I am unable to provide as the vendor has disappeared, leaving me without access to necessary information. Additional Information: Tracking numbers: ******************, ******************, ****************** Date of purchase: Apr 23, 2024 I can provide proof of package ownership, as the packages contain my cellphones and laptop, which are password-protected. Additionally, my Invisalign aligners, with my name printed on their packaging, serve as further evidence.

    UPS WAS INVOLVED IN DELIVERING A IPHONE 15 CELLPHONE THIS WAS SHIPPED 4/4/2024 SUPPOSEDLY ATTEMPTED TO DELIVERY WHICH WAS A LIE & 4/8/2024 THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DELIVERY THE PHONE THIS NEVER HAPPENED I AM CURRENTLY DISGUSTED BY NOT HAVING A PHONE & BEING ADVISED BY 2 UPS MANAGERS IT WOULD BE DELIVERED TODAY
