I entered Vitamin shoppe on last night 5/3, on ****, ***. I was helped by *****************. I was helpful in finding my items. I approached the register counter older Indian decent woman proceeded to ask me questions . I explained I have exchange. She proceeded with receipt and phone number. Immediately, after she read information my account her she begin frown and looked items and said there open. I said yes but I am exchanging for this vitamin. I am not sure if she was manager or not? At this point, the exchange was done and I was getting back $1 and change. She ask for card I gave card she claimed it wasn't card. I said what are 4 numbers of debit card I used? I wasn't given my receipt so I couldn't see the numbers. I told I use debit card ending in ****. She said that wasn't card. She said i have cancel transaction. I cannot give back the refund amount.. So I said since $1.28 can you just give back in cash she said no. She wasn't courtesy or she began saying "I don't have time for this? Looking very unconcern. to help. I said I waited minutes on line as you helped the woman before me and you didn't speak to her like this. I told her who is manager? Finally ,she said put card in and it was card i said it was. She didn't apologize. She looked down on me and told her everyone that walks in Vitamin shoppe should be treated with respect and equal courtesy. She said are you finished and told me are you finished said to me "hurry up leave before call cops" I said my ex-husband is criminal attorney". She call cops, she lied on phone to cops said I was aggressive and other lies and other sales rep. help describe what I had on. I felt he was wrong for helping her in degrading customer. He never said anything to woman to take higher approach but he told me to. He heard how she acted in front of the other customers . I was hurt and shocked how Vitaminshoppe has put derogatory and false statements on my profile as customer. And I have right to know what is .
