    soon to be ex husband had solar panels put on the house, both husband and wife name is on the mortgage and deed to house, solar company drafted contract and panels installed with only husbands name on the contract. husband took $54,000 bank loan in his name only to pay for said panels and slipped it into divorce agreement that wife will assume payment. how was company even allowed to install or process contract without wife signature on contract? iff BBB cannot assist, can BBB provide a list of local attorneys who may take the case on a contingency?
