  I have never been conned by a doctors office in my life until I visited this office. After waiting for 2 month for a new patient appointment where I specifically asked for cosmetic allergy testing, I was told that their protocol to receive it was to first do an 80 panel test of top allergens. After multiple visits and another 2 months for said test where I paid my specialist copay for mandatory follow-up visits and I had to wait 45+ minutes just to have my appointment rushed since they only book 15 minute slots, I fulfilled my requirements to receive the test just to be told they're not doing it because "it does not pay to do it, this is a business and we have to make money". EVERY SINGLE VISIT I had an issue with something. Wait times, staff audibly talking rudely about me so I could hear, wrong information from every person I talked to, rushed appointments. I left every single appointment still having questions and not understanding what the results meant because Dr. *** was in such a rush. I also needed an excision done where I waited over an hour, was rushed through and left just to find out to next day when the bandage fell off (2 weeks too early) that no one gave me a wound care kit I was supposed to receive along with any kind of instruction besides see ya in 2 weeks to get stitches out. They required me do testing to get to the one that I wanted and now that I've done everything they said and they have been paid suddenly its "We didn't know the price tripled, literally no one has asked for this since before covid." I asked for this specific test in July! Now, after I do everything they say and they get paid suddenly I'm told it's too expensive and they won't do it! They refuse to even have **************** call me to discuss this. ""I'll relay the message but he's not going to call you back," ******* their office manager told me today. ! This office DOES NOT care about its patients just GETTING PAID.
