    I purchased a ladies suit from ****** ***** **** online in November but they sent me the wrong size. I contacted the business and spoke with a female, explained my concern and she stated "you should be able to wear a 16W because it's the same size as an 18". I told her it does not fit and I wanted to return for a full refund plus my shipping cost to mail the suit back as their return policy indicated because it was their error. I included a copy of the receipt showing what I paid **** to ship back to them.

    They refunded the suit cost of $155 but never refunded my shipping charges of $14.80 as they verbally confirmed they would do because they made a mistate with sizing. They also have their return policy online say shipping charges are refunded if the company made the error.

    I placed several calls but no one could tell me why they never refunded me for the cost I paid for shipping. After several calls, another rep gave me the manager's name [Shawn] and his cell. I called, emailed, and text but Shawn never responded to any of my messages. My final call to the main customer service was on 02/03/2025 and Shawn answered. I explained why I was calling again for the 6th ot 7th time and he acted as if he didn't know anything. However he said it was Monday and he had other customers to assist but he would check into it and call me back. When I asked when should I expect his call, he said he did not know. It is 02/24 and I have not heard anything from Shawn or anyone else from ****** **** ****.

    I want my shipping cost back I paid to cover their error. Bad business practice - send me the wrong size promised something then dont honor their policy.

    I ordered a suit.that was too large. They acted like there was a no issue. Return policy to take the dress home and try it…. Well, when I got ready to return it, there is a 25% restocking fee plus a 9.99 mailing fee… This is a ridiculous fee for $140 dress. This is the first company I have dealt with that was so crooked in returning the product and giving the impression that it was an easy seamless return process… It is not… They do not offer return shipping and for me to ship it would’ve cost me $38!! Doing all the charges makes returning the suit almost ridiculous! They are aware of these policies, and I know multiple people who have been screwed by this company who claims to be Helping “church” women be dressed!!!
    I will never purchase from this company again, and I will spend much of my time letting other pastors wives know never to order from this company or a company tied to this LLC!!!!!
