      I worked with *********************** at Mortgage Now. I unfortunately had poor credit and he offered 6 months with no mortgage payment which would have been a huge help. First red-flag he baited and switched and the 6 months became 2 months. He told the house appraisal would cost $250. Never mentioned that if the loan does not go thorough they would charge my card an additional $350. He rushed me through the paperwork to try "fast track" the mortgage process. In the fine print it does mention the additional charge, however it was never mentioned by him at all. When the Mortgage did not go through I never went back and read the paper work. 2 months later I get a charge for $345. I am fine with paying my fair share, It was on me for not reading all the fine print. It was however really shady for **** to not tell me while ******* me through the paperwork. It was also very poor business practice to charge my card with no warning after 2 months. For someone who lives on a budget waking up to an unexpected charge is horrible. I would not recommend this company to anyone. There are many mortgage companies out there and I am sure you can find honest ones
