    ******* ******* Review.went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation before I was taking my Jeep on a long trip. Felt I would be safer going to an actual dealership rather than a ********** or such. Not the case!After arriving at my destination I discovered that ALL of the lug nuts on my back driver side wheel were loose. Apparently only hand tightened on.Their Master ******** (as we were told to be the one doing the oil change and tire rotation) failed to tighten any of the lug nuts on my back driver side tire.A huge mistake had been made that could have resulted in tragedy. Even though this was upsetting, we remained reasonable and reached out to the service **** explaining the issue.Even after knowing the severity of the issue , the service manager did not respond . We had to call a second time.His only solution was to offer me a free oil change and tire rotation!!!We asked if we could bring the Jeep into a nearby dealership for inspection and or repair and they said yes, but it took several days before the dealership could even look at my car.I called *** , the service manager to ask if they would at least get me a rental car and he flat out said No.He told me that the same thing has happened to him and I should have known what was wrong with the car .Wonder if he also went to the same Master ******** ??In the end no one was hurt and I have my car back , but my purpose in writing this review is to make the public aware that using this dealership for service is NOT a good idea!People make mistakes, but the way they DID NOT take care of this situation is appalling to me. Complete lack of care , concern, and resolution after such a major mistake.

    Brought my grand Cherokee in to have transmission looked at by a licensed mechanic . The so called service advisor ******* ,had their shuttle driver whos not a licensed mechanic , whos sole job title is to transport customers to and from , he instructed her to take my vehicle out for a drive and ask her opinion on what my transmission status is.Never ever bring your car there , you will get scammed . They thought because iam a woman I would not know the difference. They thought wrong.
