I obtained lions construction (***********************) on 7/6/2022 to add a 3 sessions room and lay a cement patio. The contractor started the construction the first week of July. It took 6 months to complete the sunroom. It took 9 months to lay the patio. ************** kept making excused that I was on the schedule for cement delivery. After numerous calls and texts and promises, the patio construction started 4/17/23. Now, I have a leak coming from one of the sliding glass door when it rains. Lion's construction made a verbal promise to fix my front step and cracked sidewalk because of his delay in construction. I started texting Lion's construction owner because the roof needs to be repaired because it was laid and cut wrong water can come in. Also, no railings were placed on the front step. I'm handicapped and need a rail to get up the front step. This project is almost a year in the making. Please guide me. I need the following done to finalize the contract. ************** provides Very poor work quality, Poor communication with owner, poor time management. Please help me I am a senior citizen.
