  I wish it were possible to give a zero star review, but if you are looking for a company that does not honor their work when there are issues, Bill's Flooring in ************, ** is your company. When this company solicited me and my husband, we gave them a down payment and they said the work would begin in two weeks. After almost a month, I had to call and suggest that I should find another company. After they installed a door and security door we noticed the door was not leveled which caused the door not to close without slamming it. Bill's Floor came out to fix the problem, but not promptly. A couple months later, the wood that holds the hinge on the security door split which caused the door to no longer close when opened. The day it happened, I took photos and contacted Bill's Flooring via text/calls. I have been told numerous times that they will be out to resolve the issue. That was late May early June. It is now September and I was informed via text that someone would be at our home on September 3rd. I never received a call nor did anyone show. The person that solicited us said harsh words and hung up on me when I called to inquire when someone would out to resolve the issue. I've been forced to call from other numbers not associated to me because this was the only way I could get to speak with someone after a while of my calling to inquire when my issue will be resolved. I have since had to pay someone else to fix the problem fearing the problem would never be resolved by Bill's Flooring.

  We had a bathroom Remodel that was a disaster. It was supposed to be done 3-4 days, it took almost 2 weeks. Sub contractors were hired that had no work orders and didn't know what to do on a daily basis. Put the vanity and Medicine cabinet in the wrong place not took a whole day to move it. We wanted new wallboard on the one wall, never got it. Wanted shelves in the shower never got them. They destroyed our toilet during demolition never got replaced. We did that ourselves. Poor painting and caulking. We need to fix things they did. Would never use them again.

Recess lights the added to move duck work over. They didnt even pay for the extra work. That was done in. There bathroom. This is a complete. False review about our company.our contractors. Built them a beautiful. Bathroom. At the end of job. They didnt even pay the full amount of the contract. They didnt even pay for the upgrades they added. During the job.

  NEVER NEVER NEVER To preface this, my fianc and I are brand new home owners. We made many sacrifices to be able to finally purchase a home!**** and his phony assistant ***** are complete scam artists. They use a man named ******* to pry on new homeowners. We hired ***** and **** to do painting, floor installation, and recessed lighting.We have a voice recording of ***** lying to us that we cannot use LVP on stairs due to code.They up charged us for the hardwood on the stairs and thought we wouldnt find out. Luckily we had the first conversation voice recorded which proved to bill that his employee lied to us and up charged us. Bills response was I wasnt there when ***** gave you the quote. Even the contractors that came on their behalf admitted they dislike working with ****'s team because they cannot communicate well.His crew left beers, trash, and a bad paint job. Many mistakes were made when painting.Unfortunately, we lost a lot of money and time.I would never recommend this place to anyone! Zero stars should be given.

  Do not deal with this company!!! They do horrible kitchen installations.I'm waiting my court date to get my money back. This Job should have been completed in September but here I am in January 2023 with a half complete kitchen. They don"t measure correctly and they just do horrible workmanship. Terrible! They also go under multiple names. Carpet Now/****'s remodeling/Bill"s discount carpet .

  *************************** is highway robbery since ****. I had to take him to court because I paid him and he never installed my carpet. SHAME ON YOU!
