    I have followed the procedures established by the company to cancel my membership but I continue to be charged for a membership that I don't want/use. I have sent several emails but have not had any success.

    I purchased FOUR monthly memberships from Urban Air trampoline park in Sicklerville **, however I was unable to upload a photo for each of my children and kept getting an error message when I tried to do so. I asked the staff to upload the pictures and they were unable to do so either and informed me it was an error on their part. Last weekend, prior to bringing my special needs toddler there, I contacted them to make sure the photo issue wouldnt cause any problems since my son has anxiety/sensory issues and doesnt adjust well to sudden changes in plans. I was assured it wouldnt be a problem. So I made the 30 min trip. My older son went in to get our wristbands while I got my little one prepped to go inside. He came back out and told me they wouldnt let us in because we dont have photos for our memberships. So I called from the car and explained the situation again and informed them that a staff member said it would be okay prior to me even making the trip. After talking to the manager I told her to take the pictures and she said she was unable to do it either. So I said Wait, so bc of YOUR mistake and YOUR website and YOUR inept staff, a photo cant be uploaded. So I cant use the membership I pay for? And what about my child having a panic attack now? The manager told me to call corporate and hung up on me.
