This is probably the 15th time I have reached out to you. I buy bueno bars a lot. Each time I have to hope it's not stale. Almost 50 % of the time they are chalky. Taste stale and gross. I know when they are bad because the dark chocolate stripes on top are the same color as the bar . They're supposed to be dark chocolate color . And when they are. Theyre crisp and delicious. . So I wasted so much money and got rotten ones , because I can't rip them open in the store or my husband buys them for me . It's absolutely disgusting how much I waste money on these it's been going on for months. The problem is I love the fresh ones so much that I keep spending anyway. It's like a guessing game, is my bar is going to be stale or not. It's multiple different stores too. Mostly gas stations that sell the chalky stale yucky ones. Dollar stores. And foodlions . I made a complaint many times and received only silence. I think it's shameful on your part to do this to customers. I reported once before summer ( and many pther times, plus called no answer ) ,my hub bought me multiple mini bars for my birthday and every bag was stale. I made the complaint. No one responded. I'm sure I'm wasting my time again. but at least now I have proof I tried. And I will continue getting proof that you guys are putting old Buenos out there just for the profit. There should be an inspection on each bar that is released into the world. These are literally no good. I have to throw them away every time. I want to be your biggest fan, but this makes it hard (I have 8 bars I just bought all stale)
