    Care Cloud is an EMR company owned by MTBC 2012 We used their EMR/PHR services and they included practice management, website, emails and were billing MIPS/QPP certified. MTBC started a new company TalkEHR and we switched to them when it became mandatory and all of our original contractual services continued. Then they either bought out or merged with Care Cloud and when we made the transition Care Cloud agreed to keep and manage the website services, our company emails and MIPS/QPP and were supposed to be MIPS Certified. However, they have never once provided the services and only once had the MIPS product available within 30 days of reporting but our data did not transfer and they told us that we had to manually input the whole year's worth of data. They also had us sign a new contract for the MIPS platform change that they had. Our original contract was up on the 8th of November and we have been trying to change to SaaS platform with one physician having access to charting and we will be handling billing in-house. BUT THEY KEEP STALLING AND NOW SAY OUR LAST CONTRACT SIGNED BECAUSE OF THEIR CHANGE OF PLATFORM IN MIPS will result in a $1500 early termination fee. They are stalling the transition and I have been inquiring about this for some time now. Also, because MTBC forgot to pay our email and website after the change our emails had stopped working and our website had gone down. So even though it was part of the agreement when we switched we had to have MTBC switch the website/emails to our account for management, at additional beyond contract expense to us. We have lost several thousands in revenue because of CareClouds FAILURE to implement MIPS.
