Geopeak installed my solar system 12 years ago. I would send them a reading every 12 mo. or so to sell SRECs. They would sell & send me a check. Last contact was 9/8/21. I sent reading after that with no response. Eventually I got a response from Cori R. who said I'd have to go to another broker to sell them & I should get my owed SRECs when I switched.
I switched & no SRECs (15 SREC @ 210.00ea =$3150) were found. ****** ***** ******* ****** & now ********* all said Geopeak has them. Since 11/23 no one at GEOPEAK has answered calls or emails, although the website is still active and an answering machine asks to leave a message. I even went to the listed Somerset office and no company is there.

Item Stolen: Twelve (12) Solar Credits, value is approximately $210/each or $2,520.00 total.
I have had solar panels on my residence since September of 2011. Since then, GeoPeak ****** has managed my solar credits. A solar credit is generated when the solar panels produce 1,000 kWh. Each credit can be sold on the solar market. The current price of a solar credit is approximately $210.00. I have used GeoPeak ****** to sell his solar credits since 2011. I would take a picture of his solar meter and email the picture to a Michael K. who worked at GeoPeak and would sell the credits on the solar market and send a check. The last time the I received a check for solar credits was 01/22 when I emailed K. a solar meter reading of 70,970 kWh. I would normally send a solar meter reading every 12-18 months.
In 05/23 I sent a reading of 81,482 kWh. After a couple months I never heard back or received a check. I contacted GeoPeak and spoke to a Scott N. and was told that K. no longer worked there and I would have to sell his credits through the open market or use another company to sell my credits. I called ********* ****** and set up an account with them to sell my credits. I gave my solar reading 8/30/23 at 83,747 kWh and was told someone entered a reading into my account of 83,130 kWh in 01/23. I contacted GeoPeak on 9/6/23 and emailed Nichols who replied that they were aware of that issue and are currently working on it with the legal team. I have reached out numerous times to N.  for an update and only received a response via email on 10/30/23 that he had no additional info, that their lawyers are fully involved and his emails have been forwarded to the partners who have never contacted me. I believe someone entered false numbers under my account and collected the money. The total kWh misrepresented was 12,160 kWh ($2,500). I have called, emailed, and left messages but no one has responded to me since 10/23.
