    Business Response

    Hello,

I just received this letter by mail yesterday.

This client didn't let LIV AIR finalize the job through written communications.
This customer modified the work project before finalizing the setup and we confirmed the job is done. She claimed that her son is an electrician and did work on a part while it was temporarily installed. She insisted on paying cash only, and when we tried to deposit the down payment. The bank rejected the papers due to the poor quality, and she blamed LIV AIR for that.

Besides all that, she insisted on paying the rest of the payment in cash in person only. Once we arrived there, she asked for a receipt that the total payment was paid before even paying. Then, she threatened our representative that she would call the police if she didn't get a receipt that the job was fully paid without paying. She acted recklessly while we were leaving her premises, running behind the truck, yelling and threatening.

All of the above is documented by SMS messages and email conversations with the client, which can be shared with you.

I am rejecting this response because:

But Im not asking BBB to continue on with LIV air as it is absolutely a waste of time dealing with them. This needs to be pursued a different way and I think my Township will be handling that many thanks

Legally, my township requires the contractor who does any kind of installation like this to pull the permits it is not up to the homeowner in our Township and for this Im having problems having Installed system( Inspected(The lesser model than quoted in the proposal, which is significantly less in cost because it is only a two chamber and I paid for a three chamber  **** ****** WHO3 GOLD   not the standard WGO2 standard) THATS FRAUD . I was never Informed of any substitution or compensated for substituting a lower grade model, which honestly isnt enough to heat my house)and Im also going to incur fines Of which I believe my town is trying to contact LIV air for this matter.

I appreciate all that the Better Business Bureau is doing, but honestly, I think Better Business Bureau should just drop this. I will have my town deal with finding him and I will also go to small claims court and deal with this myself. I Would ask that the BBB no longer deal with LIV air at this point and I dont need anything posted about them. They need to be dealt with in a different way.
Thank you for your help. Im grateful that you even do this for people but again when youre dealing with a devious contractor, I think this requires a different pursuit but again youre very effective and thank you very much.

    Regards,
