    AC not cooling =, only blowing room temp air. I contacted this company and the owner first came and diagnosed the compressor was not working and not enough Freon (2lbs in the system) and quoted $3200 to change a new one + add Freon. I asked him twice “is the compressor the only problem” and “what if after changing it the AC still doesn’t work”? Because he DIDN’T go inside of my house to check the evaporator coil. The first time he said”it will work” second time “that’s my job to make sure AC will work” then paid him $3200 to start the job.
    He replaced a new compressor in 2 days, and added Freon to total 8.4lbs,($250/lb), however, after the work it still only room temp air, but Amjid (business owner) told me it would take a while. That day was cold enough to not use AC, so I turned off the AC around 30 mins after he left (by then it still not working well but i believed him it was fixed and just took time).
    BUT!!!!! 1 week later the first time I turned it on with the new compressor and full Freon, it behaved the same as pre-repair for hours! I texted him and he started saying “you need to turn on before 11am, not 2pm”, “your house is old and big, it takes time to cool down”, etc. Ok, then I listened to him again and waited until the second day morning 8am to test again! Unfortunately it still not working and I texted him to come back and check. Turned out the Freon became 0 in just 1 week?!???!?!?! And I was told re-add all Freon would need to pay him another 8.7lb*$250= $2175!!!!!

    He did not transparently tell me AC system info, did not suggest me the correct mediation steps.
    He also failed to follow AC diagnostic steps, which led my waste of $3200, and even tried to further gave me a wrong direction of mediation.
