    What a wonderful scam operation. It's worse than other generic scam sites. This one has verified profiles of "agents" taking personal details and upselling their affiliate websites like baniyamatrimony.The app is ****, can't easily see messages or chats or interests. Read notifications don't clear either. They send you millions of updates on the bare minimum notifications. Sell your data to other sites in an instant.(junk emails). I had to file 2 separate instances of fraudulent charges on my card as BM would not agree they charged me multiple times. They insisted I purchased multiple instances. My services were activated once, that too 4 days later, but my count of days started on the first day.Their customer support is unfelpful to the extent that they will drop your connection if they think your ask is not related to selling a product. (I have a polite nature, and it's wasted on this team)I'm upset that this is what Indians are creating for themselves on a serious website.The system is itself really bad, as the matches don't make sense. the team will suspend you for any reason, and wont justify why. Help is lazy as it gets, they don't send you adequate information to help continue the support. They don't send you emails to follow up on. The last straw was on the 7th day of no service when the support guy threatened to close the chat. Bro, I'm paying good money for a service that you have suspended but charging me money for and are failing to provide me a single email on... I can provide screenshots for justification
