    I have been there three times for subacute rehab. My 4-5 attempts were denied, first denied by made up allegations I had an issue with nurse (never happened), next lie my daughter was unhappy with care. My daughter came twice a week each admission. Nary a single incident I left on good terms so good administrator gave me their Double Yellow Amazon Parrot ?? was fed wild bird seed with no fruits nuts vegetables, mostly no love eighteen plus years. He is healthy happy loved living the life he deserves. Dementia locked **** a woman screamed from early am till after dinner. They not licensed to give proper meds. The carpets are moldy hand rails LPN only a few good.
