    The Date of the transaction was on April 13,2023 conformation number is 661103U6 I made reservations with triple A travel to go to ***************** with my grandchildren, niece, nephew, sister in law, daughter and myself. I made the resversation for June 16th, 2023-June 19th,2023 @ the Hampton INN Suites in ******* Airpor, for two rooms with two queen **** and two additional pull out ****, I requested that the rooms be on the same floor next to each other. Upon my arrival to the hotel on June 16, the rooms that i had reserved were no longer available, my grandson and my nephew were put in a room on the second floor with no extra bed, my sister in law, and my two grand daughters , *****, daughter and myself were put in a room on the fourth floor, also with no extra bed, my sister and granddaughter had to sleep on the floor. Due to this inconvenience we had to change hotels which put us futher away from universal studios. The Hampton Inn Suites is trying to charge me for two nights when my family and i only stayed there for one night because they said that they were completely booked I have been contacting the hotel with no results. I also have reached out to triple A travel agent ************************* and she has not returned any of my phone calls I left a message yestereday for a supervisor to call me regarding this matter at this point i would like to be reimbursed for the inconvenience that it caused me and my family of having to change hotels and to spend extra money on a reservation at antoher hotel The Holiday Inn Express in ************ **
