  The date of the transaction was on August 5, 2023 in the summer. The total of the amount of $259.34 was applied to my credit card account. I went to Bulk Yard 35 Landscape Supply, to purchase topsoil for my house. I spoke with the owner Melissa B and a co worker that I need topsoil for my pool. So she ask how much do you need. I said I didn't know, so she show me some there had on the truck, so I said ok I take it. So she sold me 5 yard of topsoil. I did not know anything about yard or about much I needed. So I had the topsoil delivered too my house that same day. When it was deliver, I was there. The driver dumped the topsoil in my driveway near my garage. That when I notice that the topsoil had much in it, not a little bit a whole lot of it was in the topsoil. It was a ?? Percentage of much was in the topsoil. I told Melissa Band the co worker that I need topsoil for my swim pool. Not Topsoil with much in it. I state that I need topsoil for my pool. I told the driver the same thing. He said yes you are right. He stated that I should have got sand for my pool. I did not know what to bye. I thought I would bye topsoil for my pool, would have been good. Because the extra topsoil that l had. I was going to throw it in with the rest of the dirty in my big backyard. I told the driver to take it back. He said he can not take it back, that I have to speak with the owner of the store, which is Melissa B. So I said ok, the driver said call her on Monday morning. She will be there in the morning. So I call Monday morning, they said she was not in, so I call Tuesday morning, they said she was not in again, so I call again they said she was not in again. So this time I went in on Saturday morning she was not in again. But I spoke with the coworker, she said she would tell her about my Complain, which she did, I didn't talk to her. But I did speak to the salesman which he call me. He stated that the topsoil do have much ln it. It show up more when it rains.
