    I am a physically disabled and poverty-stricken 67 year old female who arranged a 2 day stay at the Circle Motor Lodge located on ****************************************************************************** on Christmas Eve and Day of this year ********************************* to enjoy this holiday as I have no surviving family and because I am in deteriorating physical health I had a quite negative previous experience with this motel but was reassured by the manager that my next stay would be pleasant so I assented The stay was a nightmare for me: the bed was too high and chunky for me to climb upon as I am 4ft 11," tall and suffer a crippled right leg I was very uncomfortable and strained the muscles several times during my sleep In addition the air quality in the room was very poor : I was gasping for breath several times during the night and was unable to breathe or sleep without my mouth being open In the morning I was experiencing a temporary sore throat and the insides of my mouth were dry and fissures resulted The chair at the desk was wobbly and could not easily be slid under As I sat , I was forced to arise many times to adjust my position The room was entirely too small to accommodate my ****** and I was forced to move very slowly as not to damage any of the furniture items in the room In addition the mattress was adjusted in such a way that I was unable to sleep on my right side leaving me to find rest on my back which was not suited for my physical disability This position aided in my ******************* I spent ******************************************************************************* desperate anticipation of my next federal deposit this coming January 2025 I was treated in a most shameless manner and I am quite certain that because of my disability and its ensuing clumsy appearance I was also created as a source of cruel mockery by the staff on board of this motel
