      There was a breach of contract both verbally and written. I hired Hercules Movers to ship all our personal belongings from ********** to *******. The day our belongings were delivered the truck didn't look like a moving truck, it looked like a garbage truck the way our furniture, boxes and bins looked. Our furniture was not properly wrapped as promised, therefore damage beyond repair was done to our furniture. Bins and boxes were crushed, opened and our belongings were throughout the truck as they unloaded it. Boxes are missing, and there was chemical damage on several boxes and 2 chairs from being in their storage. I contacted the office immediately, sent several emails with tons of pictures and it took 2 days for the manager to contact me. The manager said he saw a few of the pictures, told me to file a claim and offered no restitution. When I told him I will be contacting an attorney if he didn't make this right he basically told me to call all the attorneys I wanted and good luck with that.
