    I came here and was quoted $200 to get my taxes done. They wound up charging me almost $800 did not say anything about it refused to give me any paper work on the break down of charges once I realized They charged me almost $600 more then I was told when I got my state refund. (Which I didnt get because they took the whole thing and 150 from my federal) I finally got in touch with somebody to send me a breakdown of charges they said they would resolve the issue my giving me a discount on next years taxes which is unacceptable and I will not be using them again. I spoke to corporate they told me all they can do is file a claim with the office I used and then told me the office I used closed my complaint. I was never told my taxes were going to be that much I was never sent home with any paper work as they told me they cannot give me any paper work from filing my taxes until *********** hit. I want a refund because I was quoted $200. I am not the only person this has happened too.
