    I had my daughters birthday there a year ago and it was fine no issue so I booked this year for my son what a complete difference!! This was and has been the worst customer service that I have ever experienced the person that I was dealing with ******** is horrible has an attitude. I requested a manager and she informed me that I would only be able to speak to one by coming in the location and there is none to a speak to. She is rude and condescending. These parties cost money and to be treated the way she did is horrible . I was willing to cancel to go to a different location because of the treatment there but I dont want to inconvenience my party guests.

    I will never visit and Urban Air Trampoline park again. I thought I as signing up for 1 visit for 2 kids... tried to cancel my account.... $4000 in bills... I've filed complaints... Told my credit card not to pay them... only solution seems to be closing the credit card i used. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!

    Urban Air ***************************** in **********, ** is an unsafe environment. It is over crowded and unsupervised by staff. There is no limit to the number of children admitted into the facility. It is an accident waiting to happen. Please do not take your children or grandchildren to this park. Urban Air should be closed down by the ******************. For you and your children, do not patronize this trampoline park. *********************
