    Paid for and was told that the item was delivered. The item was never delivered and I opened a complaint with the company and was flagrantly ignored and was never refunded my money. There are only 15 units in my complex and I know everyone who lives here and the package ?? was never delivered to anyone. I have several other items from other sources that always seem to be delivered.

    Ordered 3 packages of compression socks (9 pair) 5-23-25, today is 6-4-25, withen the past week I have sent 3 e-mails to inquire of status of order because never recieved any shipping information (stated 4-7 shipping), I also called the number listed for customer service. Have NOT recieived answer from e-mails and when calling goes to voice mail. If they can not provide items they should refund money collexcted before shipping, no response from seller since purchase.

    5-17-25 paid for smart watch $31.×× and have not received any information about shipping/tracking, contacted energy fit wear customer care requesting any info with no answers...if product is unavailable/delayed further I want a refund

    My 87 year old father ordered compression socks on April 25, 2025. His credit card was charged $33.93 by Energy Fit Wear. As of today, May 21, 2025 he has not received his order. We have called and emailed the company. They are unreachable and we have not received any responses from them. My father has been a customer for years.

    2/3/25 Placed order for Waterproof Smart Watch – Blood Pressure Monitor, Heart Rate Monitor, Sleep Monitor –
    Blue for a total of $28.90 USD – Order#******, Confirmation # *********
    2/15/25 I emailed asking where my order was. They received my support request (Ticket #****** and stated that their support team was reviewing my request
    2/20/25 An email stated that my order was on the way.
    2/27/25 I emailed again that I had not received my order. They labeled it Ticket # ******
    2/28/25 I emailed again that I still had not received my order. They said they’d received my support request, labeling it Ticket #*****. On the same day they sent me a survey to see how well they’re doing. I replied that I wanted an immediate refund.
    3/5/25 I resent my request for a full refund immediately.
    When I call the support team at ###-###-#### they suggest I email them or leave a message, which I have done.

    Placed an order January 17th, shipping has not happened, *** had orders from them before and this is the first time I have not received my order, Ive reached out to the company but there is no legitimate way to reach them

    When I ordered these socks it said 4 days for them to be delivered. Everytime I try to track my order it just says waiting to be fulfilled as I sent a picture of. I've emailed them with no response and I can't get no one on the phone. I just want what I paid for.
