    Out of their web address looking to hire a carpet cleaning service I landed on a company named The Cleaning Group. When I called, a person in the other end of the line named ***** answer the call. After a brief conversation about getting my carpet cleaned, he offer me a deal that I found very competitive. So I accepted is offer for cleaning my carpet (roughly 200sq ft) for $79.00.The next day the technician arrived way earlier than the scheduled time witch I had no problem with. It took the tech about 45 minutes to set up all the equipment all for a 10 minute carpet cleaning because all the tech clean was random spots here and there leaving my carpet dirtier then it was. On Wednesday the 23 finally ***** answered my call from Sunday and offered to send over a new tech to do the job on Thursday 24.Well is now 7 pm Thursday the 24 and no tech and my carpet is still dirty and I have to hire some other company to clean it.Look out for this company people they rip me off they might rip you too!
