    Master Service USA came to the house to give an estimate for cleaning a chimney. He suggested we have it inspected for 150 and if we do the work the inspection would be free.He said the cleaning would be 350. He charges us 500 and refused to give us the 150 discount. We called and he still refused we would like a refund of 150.

    I called the business advertised as Cura ******************* ******************************************************** on 16 of October 2024 to schedule a chimney cleaning. They quoted me $150 for a chimney sweep.When the workers arrived for service on 31 of October 2024, they quoted me $750 for the work. I was told that there was "extensive soot."When I refused the price, they quoted me $450. As most other chimney sweeps are booked through winter at this point I agreed. The cleaning took approximately 20 minutes from 12:00PM - 12:20PM. There was no visible difference before and after the cleaning. The business quoted me a low price and switch prices once here knowing it would be difficult to find an alternative given the timing. I would like to be refunded the $300 difference in the quote.

    They charge 1400 to clean chimney and install caps while service was being done they told the cement at the of chimney was crumbling I have before and after pictures so I agreed to let him repair it after the job the next morning there was a medium blob of cement I call the tech several times he promised to come and clean never showed . Next I reached out to the company who kept telling me they correct it nothing I call numerous times speaking with someone name ***** who told me they very busy so he doesnt know when it can be corrected this has been going on since July 17 2024
