    Recommended by my agent, but regret my decision to work with them on my first house (a small townhouse). We had agreed on a price including general inspection, radon, and sewer scope. After finishing the general inspection and radon test, *** realize that sewer scope cannot be performed. So we had to renegotiate the price. He was dishonest. Initially, he planned to charge me 685, which is ridiculously high for general inspection and radon test on a townhouse. I complained a little bit and he lowered the price to 645. Since the inspection was already done, there was little room for negotiation. I paid, but felt uncomfortable. I called his office and a lady told me that the price should be 630 (she was very rude). *** agreed to refund me 15 but after a week and many reminders, he did not do it. If the inspector was dishonest, how can you trust his reports? I may need to hire another inspector to redo all the work if the seller allows.
