The facility is beyond dirty. The guests who technically live there are working as cleaning/maid staff in lieu of paying to stay. They arent cleaning all the rooms properly and some not at all. In the second room I was placed in I found a broken glass pipe used for smoking crack cocaine inside of the pillow that was provided by the hotel. When brought to the managers attention he said there was nothing he can do about, incinuated it must be mine since I had already been in the room. That shows rooms are not properly inspected after guests leave and prior to assigning a new guest, and stated he still required me to pay the full rate of $80/night. My shower was not working for several days even with letting the manager know. I ended up having to fix it myself and still no type of compensation. The facility has bed bugs and takes several days to move guests out to a new room and replace the furniture. There is no working ice machine either. Management refuses to take accountability for any of these occurrences and when I asked to speak with a manager above the manager at the front desk I was told I could not.

    Respect BBB,

Thanks for contacting us about this complaint  . we are really sorry for the inconvenience caused due to us to our guest.

we would like to inform you that even after highlighting all of these problems customer is still staying at our hotel at room number 112 . if all of these issues were real than customer wouldn`t have come back and stayed at our hotel. and regarding pluming problem she is right and she paid $20 less on her one day room rent in terms of compensation of pluming problem. i know $20 was not the worth of the inconvenience that customer faced during that time. but that is all customer asked us for. she never told us what she need to cover that. she just told us that she is short of $20 from her rent for that day and she will not be paying that as she faced pluming problem. and rest of the other complaints are not right.

    Thanks & regards

    Front Desk
