    A company that say they are the wilshire Group law firm has contacted me daily. Today they left a message that I would be served today regarding a civil matter. I did call to inquire and the representative shouted at me that I would be arrested and she didn’t care what I said. The number they dial is to my wife’s phone. I did call back and get a rep who said this is a my pay day loan default from 2019. I have never used that service and did search my only bank account and there is nothing from that company for $800 /any deposit for that amount. I have no idea what they are talking about and did ask for the information to be emailed to me and I sat on hold for close to 15mins and had to hang up to get back to work,

    I was contacted by a person claiming to be someone trying to collect money for mypaydayloan.com, which I never did. He keeps calling. This is ridiculous.

    I applied for a $500 loan from ************ on 6/13/22. They do not allow you to pay off and charge an exorbitant interest amount every 2 weeks which is illegal in the *******************. This loan has been paid off. MyPayDay loan deposited $800 to my bank account 9/2/22 which I did not request. I cannot event contact anyone to dispute and take back this transaction. ************* withdrew $240 from my account on 8/30 and attempted to withdraw $120 today. I have since notified my bank to block this company. It is impossible to retrieve any of my previous account information on their website. To date I have had $1640 withdrawn from my account I cannot afford to have this company continually withdrawing from my account. They have now been blocked by my bank. I receive constant spam emails, calls, texts day and night since dealing with this company. Their lending practices are illegal in the ******************* and this company needs to be reported to the Consumer ************************* and be shut down. PLEASE help to resolve this.

    I had a loan with the company in 2019. They collected more money from me than what I was owed, which isn't even my biggest complaint. They either had a breach or passed on my information to scammers who have been calling me non-stop since 2020. They call from different phone numbers each time, call my family members, and threaten to send the cops to my house. They are CLEARLY scammers since they yell at me and hang up on me if I ask any questions to clarify the debt owed or ask them to send anything in the mail. They recently used the name *********** Services" in their last call. They have my past employer information, past address, and present address. I need MyPayDayLoan to protect people's information and I need a way to get the scammers to stop calling me.

    MyPaydayLoan.com deposited a loan of $700 on 12/19/2021. They have now debuted $3,150 from my account, taking out $420/month and claim that I still owe $900 on the loan.

    This person keep harassment calling at my job and demanding that he to talk me and asking about my where abouts. Like saying go get her off her Lunch to speak to me. Totally unprofessional Talking to my coworker any kind of way . Didn't give his name and refuse too give his number.
