Never recieved package from carrier **** that Perfume Box chose to deliver product. They lied and said it was delivered to mail area and was not because there was a storm that subjected us to no power. The rental office **** claim they delivered package to was closed. When asking the receptionist at the complex they stated they recieved no package due to no electricity they were CLOSED. Went to the distribution center and still no package. Reached out to Perfume Box they immediately responded with they would not take care of order due to me not having package protection. Meanwhile when purchasing there is no where that allows you to have package protection when checking out after ordering. At this time my money is wasted and oder gone. This company is scamming people out of money. And lying about giving back refunds. I ordered Three bottles of perfume. This is my *** number where I returned the bottles in the same box that they sent me. The perfume was a total of $59 . Khamrah, Badee Al Qud, and Divi Noir, I sent them all back. They pay me only for. The Divi Noir. And said I only ordered one bottle of perfume, but I have proof I have pictures. I have bank statements and yet and still they will not give memy money back. They said we refunded you already which I’m not disagreeing with them. They only refunded me $36 for one. I want the rest of my money back. I’ve done everything to show them receipts, bank receipts, order numbers, and *** tracking numbers and they still won’t pay me my money please please canyou help me. I know that it’s not a lot of money but it’s a lot of money to me. I work hard. I only make $960 a month to order something like this is a treat for me. I made an online purchase with perfume box on January 4th but they returned it to Perfume Box again because my home address was incomplete, I contacted perfume box when the order was still in my zip code and they did not want to help me correct the incorrect information, they told me that I had to pay for it again, when I was notified that the order had arrived on January 28th to Perfume Box I contacted them worried about my order and asked for a refund, I have written to them several times and they do not respond, I have tried to contact them by phone but the phone that they have for attention to the customer services is always out of service, no one gives me an answer about my moneyCustomer Answer

I placed an order on 1/3/25. On 1/7/25 I was provided tracking which said label created. On 1/10/25 I reached out via email as it had been 72 hours (which they say to wait) and was told my order was shipped and in transit. I responded back that that was not what the tracking indicated and got no response. I emailed them several more times asking to cancel since it did not ship and got no response. On 1/13 I emailed again and got another response that could not cancel as my order was in transit and probably wasn't scanned. Their facility is only a little over an hour from my address so its highly unlikely that if they shipped on 1/7 that I would not have the order. Im not sure how they can loom at the tracking they gave me and tell me my order is in transit. I looked at some reviews and apparently this is a common practice with them.
I have disputed the charges with my card company but would just like them to refund me making it easier for all involved.
I am doing this complaint via mobile phone but can provide the emails if needed from my pc.Business Response

I placed order December 14 2024 for Michael Kors Michael Perfume as pictured. When I had no shipping conformation 8 days later I contacted Mastercard in case they were fraudulent. Next day I got shipping info. Received perfume December 23 2024 at 6pm. Opened it to find it's not what ordered. Emailed perfume box twice before I got a response. They told me I'd have to pay return shipping and a restocking fee. My response you sent me the wrong product this is on you. I want a full refund postage paid. Next email they said they had changed the ad picture. I said you did that after I ordered. Here is the ad I ordered from. They came back with it's the same product different packaging. I said no it's not. I've been using this scent over 10 years. Stop playing games I demand a full refund.

Received damaged product from The Perfume Box which arrived improperly packaged. Have worked on communications with a customer service specialist and a manager here in late 2024. The customer service agent was too difficult to work with towards a resolution. She continued to be tricky and use avoidance tactics. Eventually a person identifying himself as the company manager entered the email exchange. He also proved tricky, trying to make the issue go away rather than bringing an authentic resolution effort. The owner has not come forward so far. I have a team of attorneys and other organizational experts working on causing Ehsense, The Perfume Box to make right for the many customers globally who are speaking up on BBB and related websites, on reviews and in forums. The minimum resolution amount I can accept at this time is $1,232.60. It would be helpful for the owner to reach out by email to resolve this escalating dispute.Initial Complaint

I made an on-line purchased of a 2.5 ounce tester spray bottle of ***** Floral ************* from The Perfume Box located at ************************************************************************************ on May 11, 2023. The amount of $85.95 was deducted from my bank account, but I never received the merchandize. I went back to the website and called the number listed ***********) on many occasions and always got a recorded message that they were too busy to answer the phone. I also left several messages on their website, but got no response. I went to the tracking for the order and the first time it showed that the item had not been shipped yet. After that, tracking no longer worked on the website.
