    I'm a victim of fraud again** my ***** checking account.
    In my household we don't smoke.
    I was charged $351.54 from a company named VapeShire in South Plainfield, NJ according to the copy of the invoice the bank sent me. I don't have the original invoice; due to the fact I never ordered these product's.
    They sent these products to a different address, and they have a different e-mail (*******@*****.com). My family and I lived in ******** for over 14 years, I don't know who lives at *** ******* **, ***** *****, NJ.
    I don't know how I signed for a package in ***** ***** when I'm physical in ********. I have no idea where this location is.
    I called the company a week ago and they told me that they were having a lot of customers complaining that they didn't make the purchase, and they will send the money back to the customers.
    I called the ***** bank, and they assure me that no deposit was sent to my account.

    I purchased a number of vape products from this company, but my latest order had a leaky cartridge. Their customer support team has historically been great and their FAQ on defective products says little except to reach out to them via email, which I did. They had me take a number of photos of the leaky vape cartridge and then told me to send it back to them. I requested a return label and they told me that they don't provide these and that the cost to return this newly-received, never-used defective product would be MY responsibility and that they would give me a coupon for a replacement unit. Um, excuse me, but I already paid for shipping...when I ordered the product. So now I have to pay to send back their mistake and I receive a coupon for a follow up order...that I have to pay shipping on!!! What kind of hoodoo is this?! The fact that they sent a defective product should NOT be the consumer's responsibility. Shame on them for such poor defect/return policies.I would like an exchange cartridge at no charge. I would also like their return policy clearly documented on their website so that people can decide if they want to spend their money with this company.Order number is #****.

    Not happy!!!! I purchased 10 devices they ran a buy 4 get 1 free. So far 3 of the devices are garbage and completely dry I email in and they basically say sorry, nothing we can do. I said I want them replaced! They can have these garbage devices back and the response was those were the free oneslike what?! Because they dont work youre counting those as the free. I only purchased because of the deal! I should have received ALL working devices, none of them should be trash. After spending $100( I should have gotten what I paid for and didnt!!! Whether it was a promo or not. You need to replace this trash you sent me. No I will NOT be placing another order (like youre trying to force me to do and get a 10% off) because Im a new customer! Give me working devices that I paid for!

    December 16, 2022 Order date Ordered 6 flair plus disposable devices ice bluerazz lemonade 5 for each for $10.99 and 6th is free $5.99 **** shipping subtotal was $54.90, and $3.64 in taxes $64.53 total Original order #***** I sent them and email it said on there website and said refer to website it says only about damages products so I emailed them originally about this because the lights did not come on and vapor came out. Their reasoning if its open of the box or wrapper they wont refund you. How would I know the vape would be defective this is practically stealing cause I paid for a good and it wasnt working right out of the box and they will not refund me.
