    4/18/2025 On the evening of April 18, 2025, I arrived at your establishment to do my laundry at 8:00 PM. An older black female employee informed me that the store was closed. I explained that I was unaware of this as the door was still open, but she responded rudely. When I placed my clothes in the dryer, she informed me that she would not be staying past 9:00 PM. Consequently, I had to remove my clothes from the dryer while they were still wet and take them home. I spoke with the manager on April 19, 2025, and he assured me that I would receive store credit on my next visit. On April 26, 2025, I called the establishment at 10:53 AM to inquire if the manager was available. A woman with a Spanish accent informed me that he would be there at 1:00 PM. When I called again later, the same woman hung up on me. Despite several attempts to reach the manager, I received no answer until 2:00 PM when the same woman informed me that the manager had left. I am disappointed with the unprofessional and rude behavior exhibited by your employees.

    We have reached out to Mr ***** and spoke over the phone.  We apologized for the inconvenience and promised him a free wash on his next visit.  We have also responded with the same message via his online review.
