    I am filing this complaint because this establishment is owned and run by very rude and disgusting people. And because they are a towing company, they have the upper hand when it comes to having the power to treat you and act however they want because no matter what you have no choice but to deal with it and pay to release your car. Besides that, I had a terrible experience with this particular towing company. They treated me and my mother like garbage. On top of that, they refused to give a bill, invoice, or anything official showing the charges of what we owed before payment. In what world do you not get a bill showing you what you are about to pay for? When you go to a restaurant, you get a bill. When you order things online, you have a cart showing everything your about to pay for. There's always a bill! After intense arguing and rude verbal abuse from the braindead cashier, he agreed to give us a handwritten bill. Only after we paid, did he give us an OFFICIAL and PRINTED receipt of all charges. How is it that he can print a receipt but not a bill/invoice? I would like to dispute these charges and see if I was correctly charged. Or if I was in any way overcharged. And if so, I demand compensation, or a refund. Attached are Scans of documents of receipts as well as the ridiculous handwritten bill. Please help! This place needs to fix up or be put to an end.
