    I bought your 4.5 foot Texas Christmas Tree yesterday (September 30th) at Walmart in Vineland NJ.

    The tree did not have the an electical outlet plug. The tree has Part A and Part B connectors and the end has the same connector not an electrical outlet plug. The instructions said to call Customer Service. Customer service number ************ does not take calls but refers all Issues to be E mailed. I emailed and CUSTOMER SERVICE REFUSES to Answer. I sent several E mails that were received by the company. NO REPLIES!!

    I am request a REPLACEMENT TREE for the DEFECTIVE TREE sold to me.

    We have reached out to ******* ****** on a few different accounts, but did not hear a response until this week.  When we received his response this week, we let him know that we were have shipped him the missing adapter that was not in his box.  We are working with our manufacturing team to find out this adapter was not in the box originally.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    The business sent me the missing power plug needed to make my tree work.

    This process could have been avoided had they answered any of my phone calls and emails made to their Customer Service.

    I ordered a Puleo International 6.5 Foot Dans Mountain Fir Prelit Artificial Full Christmas Tree w/1,725 Branch Tips, 500 Clear Lights, Hinged ********* ******* thru amazon but when the package arrived and I opened it I was so disappointed because its not the tree that I saw and ordered online, it was far from looking what they have online, it looks totally different and far from looking real and natural, it looks like those cheap shredded pvc sheets and they keep shedding all over. I contacted amazon and they referred me to the seller, the seller agreed to take it back but I have to pay for the postage and return, why do I have to pay for the postage for a different tree that they sent me, they sent me a totally different tree from what they have online. and now they want me to pay for the postage that will cost me $75 to return a totally different tree from what they have online.
