    This business installed a glass shower door in our home about 4-1/2 yrs ago. In the summer, we noticed deterioration underneath the marble saddle. We tried to resolve the problem on our own. We also brought in a couple of Handyman who told us they felt there was something missing from the door. I then contacted Chet the owner and explained to him what happened and he wanted to know where this plastic piece was. This was his original reaction! he didn’t understand where the plastic piece was on the door and why wasn’t it still there?apparently, It was never put in. his sons who do the installation claim that the piece was not put in years ago, but now they do put that piece in. Right there I feel there was a contradiction and possibly someone had messed up. They offered to order a piece that was necessary. This all took place in mid November. It wasn’t until January, almost third week in January that the piece finally came in according to them. We had been stopping by their shop often to see what the hold up was. We were then going away and told them that we would like it put in as soon as we returned. According to them, it’s a very quick job. We have been home since March 3 and every time I ask them when they are going to-put this piece in, we are met with various excuses. each day that the shower runs, there is more deterioration.We have stopped by the business, we have called to no avail. The only time they respond is when we pester them by stopping by, but all we get is more lies and empty promises. All I want is for the door to be put in the way it should’ve been put in originally. I have tried to be patient and understanding, but I am at my wits end. This makes me sad because we try to support local businesses.
