    Came to my home told me they don't take covers to the vents off, and that it would only take 30 minutes to do my whole house and dryer, which the last time I hired someone to clean my vent it took around three hours. And then wanted me to pay upfront before work was done. My gut feeling was this business is a little bit shady. Refused to use their service and was told I would have to pay a fee of $59. to cover his cost of driving to me. I refused to pay that also, He took the paperwork walked out of my house grumbling, ripped up the paperwork and threw it all over my property.

    Bait and switch on price, do not be fooled by the clipper ad, broke my attic step in my condo as well, unfriendly and scammers

    This rating and review are NOT for the service work done- this low score (would have been zero if zero was offered)-is for the very RUDE, very UNPROFESSIONAL phone answering person every time we call. Here is just ONE example: we called to simply and cordially state and ask why the price changed (higher $41.00 )...one of the RUDE and unprofessional replies was "well IT'S ONLY A "COUPLE" DOLLARS...IF YOU CANT AFFORD THAT..." ( she went on...) - This is by the same "woman" who answers the BUSINESS phone EVERY time with an annoyed and unprofessional brash "hello" sounding as if we got a wrong number and someone woken from sleep. wth?! WHO ANSWERS A BUSINESS ADDRESS THAT WAY? WE HAD TO ASK IF it was the correct phone # for this business name! Again, every year we have used them- for many, many years- the work done and the men doing it have been fine. This review is about whoever that is that answers the office calls! Never had a professional company ever treat us that way (for brevity here, I only gave ONE example, but this person was so rude, constantly INTERRUPTED me the whole time talking- never let me talk, and I assure you, we will most likely never use this company again...they've lost a loyal repeat customer's business. What an UNPLEASANT experience!! All due to the phone answering PERSON, who apparently also handles the office. Nope. Plenty of CORDIAL and PROFESSIONAL people out there! (who want our business, and know how to treat REPEAT customers). This lady is UNBELIEVABLE.
