    They could care less about the customer. They are trying to keep a $9000 deposit because the retainer agreement says (NON REFUNDABLE). After making the deposit we made a few small changes to the closet design and they came back with a quote of more than $80k. First one was $45k. We asked for deposit back and they refused. They said it was non-refundable according to their retainer agreement. Their home improvement contractor license is expired for the last *************************** ** (PA), and under a totally different company. Their license # is actually shown on the retainer agreement in the photo below. They said it was a typo and then came back with a totally different number of a company registered in 2021.They also took photos of our home, posted a photo of our home on their instagram account of work done by another contractor and made it seem as if they did that work. I called them out on it and then they took it down and blamed it on their marketing team. I doubt 90% of the stuff on their instagram is even their work or even real since it's mostly renderings, not actual jobs. After we realized they post other people's work and their quote came in so high, we were really uncomfortable hiring them and decided not to go with them and they refuse to return our $9,000 deposit. I do not recommend hiring this company and if you do, do not sign the retainer agreement with language stating NON REFUNDABLE. I gave them an opportunity to resolve this amicably and they could care less. I have retained a lawyer to *** them for consumer fraud. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else.

    We have resolved this complaint and a credit was issued to his Amex card yesterday 4/28/2023 for $9000.00.
