    In September 2022, I responded to an offer and I subscribed for a month by month membership to access the gym for $42 per month (Im not complaining on this monthly payment). At that moment, they proposed an add-on for personal trainer for a 12 sessions package at reason of 1 session by week, I explained that Ill be traveling and I can not start until October and they said okay, you take the ads-on today you pay for the first month $300 in September but will carry over your session to October and later youll need to pay only 2 more month for $600 and this will cover your sessions for Oct/Nov/Dec (a total of $900, for 12 sessions @75$ per session). As agreed, I came back in Oct, the initial personnel trainer was replaced by a new one, I met with him, I explained my plan he agreed we started the sessions and we scheduled them progressively by maintaining the count of sessions each week via text. When we get to December I had 3 sessions left but I wasnt able to do them as I was traveling, I asked the trainer to schedule them for the first week of Jan as boot camp as I was having a week free after returning from vacation. He agreed. On my return, I reached out to him, he was avoiding my text/call, after multiple attempt I talked to ******** informed me that he need to talk to front office for responses. No feedback. I stopped by explained the issue, they said they will call me back. No response and many try from me. Today, I talked with the general manager, he explained to me that my initial trainer and subsequent was fired and he is new and he was brought in to fix the business. He also said that he talked to the owner of the gym and he informed me that i signed contract for monthly personal trainer and unfortunately the behavior of the staff and all the communication doesnt hold. I asked today for cancelling both my monthly subscription and monthly personal trainer. Im requesting refund of $900 that was charged to me in Nov/Dec/Jan without me using the service.
