    Customer service person by the name of Camille abused me verbally. She cost me a great deal of time and stress in a grocery store I have shopped at for over 40 years. My parents as well.     Hello. I was overcharged and treated inappropriately last night. I want contact from the business immediately. I should not be overcharged $28 without correction.

    ShopRite cashier pocketed one of my high dollar coupons. Cashier was rude and obnoxious. Store manager unavailable stand-in manager rude and obnoxious. My high dollar coupon was worth $6. This idiot insisted that he or she and I couldn't tell what it was did not take my coupon when he or she did. The care Share was unacceptable and took twice as long to check me out on purpose. He or she snickered at me and engaged in a course of contact to gather other employees to Snicker at me as well. As I was leaving the cashier stated, what a b****. This is unacceptable behavior from a store I have patronized for over more than half my life to include relatives that have worked for ShopRite.     ShopRite was abusive to me. Cashier took coupons stated didn't give four gave three. Gave cashier three coupons cashier stoled one. Cashier was man or woman couldn't tell. Cashier yelled at me that it was a man not a woman and then proceeded to take another coupon of mine and steal it. Complained to manager manager took side of cashier. Manager was rude and told me I didn't have to be such a b****. Store employees snickering at me. I am Christian and Senior Filipino woman. Shame on the store they owe me $10 in coupons for the cashier stealing them.

    Good Afternoon:

    I appreciate the opportunity to respond.  You may or may not know that our stores are individually owned and operated.  We have shared your concerns with the appropriate parties at the owner's office.  I did try and locate the customer's loyalty card information to apply a customer care coupon for the $10, but am unable to locate an account for this customer.  The customer can call ************** and we would be happy to assist.  Many thanks.
