The Emerald Lawn Sprinkler engaged in fraudulent activities by falsely claiming a non-existent address at ******************************************. Furthermore, they ripped off customers by intentionally damaging sprinkler equipment and then charging additional fees to repair the damage. I personally fell victim to their deceit.Last year, I searched for "sprinkler **************" on ****** and ********* Bing, where their listing appeared prominently with the address ***************************************. Assuming it was a local business, I called them and agreed to pay approximately $4,500 for sprinkler installation on my lawn. After installation, I discovered one sprinkler head wasn't functioning properly. Their worker returned, adjusted it, and left. This year, the same sprinkler head malfunctioned again. When I called the company, I was informed it should have been covered under a 5-year manufacturer warranty, so I scheduled a visit without charge.During this visit, two workers arrived. While I was away briefly discussing an additional $80 charge with my husband for repairs, one of the workers deliberately broke the water pipe connected to the sprinkler head. Upon my return, they demanded $250 to fix the new problem, which was captured on camera. I later consulted another sprinkler expert, who revealed that the initial installation was faultythe sprinkler head had been installed too deep without proper support, leading to recurring issues. When I contacted the company again, the owner, *****, insisted on a $140 payment to send their worker for further repairs.Concerned about further damage and extra charges by Emerald, I opted to hire a different sprinkler company. The new sprinkler company replaced the sprinkler head and resolved the support issue for $70.

In response to Mrs ** claims, our PO Box is located at ************************************************************. We never claimed we are stationed there. Mrs *** after the initial installation, was very happy with our product and paid in full. At the end of last year, she called our office to schedule the winterization of the sprinkler system, which was free, per her contract. No mention of the head not working. As per her contract, in order to maintain the 5 year warranty on her sprinkler system, no one else, including the homeowner, can service or repair the system. This is clearly stated on her contract that she signed. This year, Mrs ** called our office stating that she started her system up and that one head was not working. Our office stated to Mrs ** that because you started your own system up, the warranty on the parts has become voided. We explained that there would be a $140. technician fee, plus if any repairs were needed, that would be determined when we get there. She agreed and scheduled the appointment. Upon arrival, my technicians were shown which head Mrs ** was talking about and discovered there was a hole around the head that looked like someone had tried to repair it. (we have picture). The technician then put his hand in the hole and lifted the head and determined it was broken off. They explained that this was third part damage and not a manufactured defect, which would not have mattered anyway, since her warranty was voided do to her starting her own system up. After that Mrs ** called the office and I spoke with her to explain the situation. She disagreed with everything I was explaining to her. In the meantime I told my technicians to leave her property and she held them there against their will. (this was also caught on video). We have ***************** and discriminating against our technicians because of their race. I told my technicians to leave the property immediately. I told Mrs. ** that I would not stand for this kind of behavior against my company and my technicians. It is my right, as a business owner, to not service someone who discriminates against someone's race. I told Mrs. ** that I no longer wish to service her and that our business relationship has come to an end. Emerald Lawn Sprinklers tried to resolve this issue with Mrs *** even giving her a discount on the service, but we do not stand for racial discrimmination.
