      If I could rate a ZERO I would. Pool opening was a complete disaster. Service tech never let us know he was here, left without getting the heater running, pool has a leak and was never told until I called to complain about the mess & the heater. Ordered parts without homeowner approval. Did not scrub the tiles of the pool as promised. Left tracks of mud and debris on the travertine tiles. I was lied to about the heater - manager told me the heater was up and running and it was turned off when they left. The power switch on the heater is broken so how did he turn it on???? Charged $85 for pool chemicals for a SALTWATER POOL without consent. I had to scrub pool ************** had to powerwash entire deck AGAIN due to their sloppy work. A pool opening should NOT cost $769. This company is an ABSOLUTE SCAM.

Were truly sorry for the frustration and disappointment youve experienced this season.Our goal has always been to provide quality service and clear communication, and we regret that your experience did not reflect that. Please know that we made every effort to address your concerns. We arranged for a follow-up visit to review the issues you raised, but when it became clear that a resolution satisfactory to you was not achievable, we chose to terminate future services and issued the refund we discussed.Regarding the pool chemicals, we want to clarify that while your pool uses a salt chlorine generator, saltwater systems still require proper chemical treatment at opening. Our standard pool opening package includes chlorine shock, a strong algaecide, and a stain and scale product our Opening Trio which is designed to provide a healthy start to the season for all pool types, including saltwater systems.On May 1st, our sales team spoke with you directly about the heater and the part required, which was documented and scheduled accordingly. The service technician also documented that the heater was operational at the time of the opening. As a standard safety practice, we do not leave heaters running after service. If an error code appeared after our departure, this would warrant a follow-up visit which we attempted to arrange with you.Concerning the leak at the filter, a team member would have contacted you after reviewing your service report in full. However, you reached out before that could take place, and we understand how that timing may have felt like poor **************** for our pricing, all service fees are clearly outlined on our website and in the booking confirmation you received prior to service. Transparency is important to us, and we strive to be consistent and upfront with every client. We also recognize that photos and documentation can help clarify issues, which is why we were asking for any photos you may have taken about the issues you raised concern about.While we regret that this experience did not meet your expectations, we appreciate your feedback and will continue to use it to improve how we communicate and serve our clients. We genuinely hope you are able to find a service provider that better aligns with your expectations moving forward.

      Explain this one thing.the switch on the heater was broken. Could not be switched on or offso there is absolutely no way your technician got it up and running smd then shut it down. Its 100% impossible but you are still continuing to go with that lie. My husbsnd replaced the power switch & thermal cut-off fuse for less than $20 *** the heater works perfectly. You still cannot admit that you did not do the job you were supposed to do and how your technician left my travertine tiles with all the mud was disheartening to say the least. you did not scrub the tiles as promised either. For what you charge that pool should have been clean. I would also like to add that I found the security camera footage of the pool area when your technician was here and he absolutely did not do what your company said they would do. I should not have to scrub the tiles myself when you were contracted to do so. As first time clients I wouldnt have expected such terrible service as well as being lied to. Like I said your company is nothing but a money grab & you lie to your customers.
