    I ordered a swimsuit for my daughter. It was supposed to be a Speedo Pure Valor 1.0 size 20. Once the order was placed it apparently went out of stock. So instead of cancelling my order they sent me a completely different suit. I was sent a Pure INTENT 2.0. If they were trying to send me a comparable suit they should have sent me the Pure VALOR 2.0 but they didn't. When I called to try and get it fixed they told me they had that suit in the 2.0 version but that I would need to place a new order to get that suit and then send the wrong suit back and they would then refund me. I simply wanted them to send me the correct suit or something comparable(the valor 2.0) and then I would send them the wrong one back. The suit I ordered was $265. The suit they want me to "reorder" is $499. I feel as though they are trying to get more money out of me. When you call customer service there is one person that answers for all department. Qian "Lucas" C. is the so called supervisor that they always want you to speak to but her never answers his phone. They will put you on hold when they speak to Lucas but he never will talk to you. This place is a scam and buyers need to beware. After seeing their reviews this has happened multiple times!!

    Ordered and paid for monogramed swim parka (two of them) in mid-September. Received the first (and the rest of the swim team received theirs) on Oct 23rd. Company acknowledged at that time it was owed, but provide no details on timing. Since that time, the Company has not been responsive to inquiries regarding the timing or fulfilling this order, despite several attempts by us and the swim club.
